Default 100 lbs. in a year? I can do it, yes I can!
I started Dec. 28th, 2010 to loose 100 lbs. in a year. My 30th HS reunion is coming up in about 10 months so I'd like to be thinner and healthier by then. Also, hopefully we will be going to Hawaii (which I miss) in 75 days. A good goal to drop some weight before then I would think. I started at 207 12 days ago and have lost 5 lbs. so far. Not bad, but I have not been really trying my best. So glad I found this site! Blessings to all of you and I very glad to be in such wonderful company.
