Smile Need someone to talk to and encourage me through my journey off loosing weight!
Hi I am the mother of a 5 month old I gained 60 lbs while pregnant and only lost 20 when I had her. I am now 180 and am in desperate need of loosing some weight I would love to have a friend to talk to daily who is also trying to loose some weight. I need to loose 40 lbs to get back to my pre baby weight. And I would love to help someone out in there journey to!!!!

Hi Tiffany Lynn!

My name is Katie and I am trying to lose weight right now, too. Other than the baby part, our goals, current weight and starting weight are almost identical. I thought maybe we could be encouraging for eachother through this as we both are going through similar situations

Welcome. I too am trying to lose my baby body. I didn't gain weight while pregnant. I had enough in storage! Now it's time for me to do for myself!

I am in the same boat. When I first found out I was pregnant in July, 2008, I was 140lbs. When I gave birth in April, 2009, I was 211lbs!!! It took me an entire year, but I got back down to 140lbs last April, and now, in Jan. 2011, I have put back on 30lbs. No one ever understands how hard it is to get rid of baby weight. It's so challenging.

Sounds exactly like me! How did you loose your baby weight the first time?
