New and Old

I'm new to the site but far from new to the process as are most of us :) I'm 32, married with 3 boys, and fortunately only have at the moment 48 pounds to lose. Reading the success stories on the net and on 3FC really have been taking up a large part of my day for the past few days since I've gotten back on track since September. So that's really awesome!

Same story, lost weight a few years ago, gained it all back. I just KNEW that wouldn't be me!! But I couldn't get back on the wagon.

I'm trying something different this time and it's really helped a lot with the psychological side and really understanding the relationship that we have with food. I've realized that I love everything that I am eating now soooooo much that I could eat this everyday forever :)

Thanks Kelsey! So am I :) I love eating every 2 hours and the fact that I only have to exercise for 4 hours a week! 20 minutes high intensity cardio and 45 minutes weight training. When I don't feel like waking up at 5:00/5:15 I remind myself how much I'm going to regret it and think about it allllll day if I don't get up and get it done!
