Currently, and for the last year or so, I weigh in between 225-230. I'm 5'3. I know nothing about eating healthy, as I type this I'm indulging in a few [read-at least 20] Hershey kisses from my Christmas stocking. Shocked I still have some left two weeks later? It was a delightful discovery for me as well! I also know nothing about exercise. Oh, and I loathe exercise because I'm a pack a day smoker. I work 40+ hours a week as a hotel manager, so I'm on my feet walking the hotel quite a bit, but that's the extent of my daily exercise.
Today I joined a gym, and I joined the gym's weight loss challenge. It's a 12 week program. I will train [with my team] 3 times a week with a trainer. I will be on my own to exercise the other 4 days, so I'm hoping I can learn a lot from you wonderful ladies.
I am on a mission. In 2011 I will quit smoking. In 2011 I will be able to chase my little man around without becoming winded. Oh, and I'll look totally hot.
