Hi Becca There are so many good plans out there... I am on calorie cycling counting. I eat 1200-1500 calories daily. This includes: lots of veggies, fruit, chicken, fish, skim milk, eggs, etc. I have a family member on the weight watchers plus program and she is doing really good on it. You can do lots of reading to find out which plan is best for you. I would suggest keeping a journal with your weight, date, menus, etc. and take down your measurements so you can be motivated watching those numbers decline! I think the signature (weight loss ticker) will be avaliable for you to use and enjoy after 20 day's have passed from your sign on date with 3FC and 20 posts (I think that is correct). This is in place to keep spammers down. Happy New Year! I hope you have lots of success this year with your weight loss goal
