Here we go!
So the new year is here and this is the year I'll shed the weight.
Starting weight: 210lbs Goal : 150lbs I got the gym membership, some friends to go with me, constructing a meal plan and the dedication. I'm just tied of being fat and there are no more excuses for it. :) |

You've found a great support system here, and it looks like your plan is taking shape, so that's awesome! We have groups by age range you might want to check out, as well as by eating plan once you have that settled. The dedication is the real secret, and you're figuring that out! Stick around, keep going, and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better! |

We have similar goals! Maybe we can push each other through this!! May I suggest Weight Watchers or South Beach Diet? Those have both work for me. But don't go by my word -- read up! And hopefully you will find one that will suit you :) Good luck!!

I'm getting married this summer, so having the motivation to look stunning in my dress is also there. A co-worker of mine suggested weight watchers...I think we're going to go on it together, but for the most part I'm just going to eat right and exercise. |
