My name is Jodie, I'm 27, not happy with my weight probably since I'm 21 or 22.
I'm pretty new to this forums world but from what I saw here so far, maybe this will be the place to start :carrot:

Hey Jodie! I was about 19 when i first began dieting.. I was not very happy with myself. It's actually a great thing that you are deciding now, because you are still young and your metabolism can work much faster than it would as you get older. Good luck and stay focused!

Do you have a plan in mind? We have a huge number of diet plans here, all with forums and information, so look around. You're sure to find a spot that'll work well.

You might also want to check out the 20-somethings, for people in your age range.

Wherever you decide to post (and I post ALL OVER, so you don't have to stick to one spot!), just jump on in and get going. You can do this!

Thank you. I am quite confused and not sure where to start. Any specific links to basic plans I can look at? I am going to the gym next to my house on Wednesday to check it out, hope this will be my new "thing"..
