New Year = New ME
 

I am ready for some life changes. I have put on 75+ pounds since I have known my husband and during Christmas we were looking at old photos and he said you used to be really skinny. Not meaning it in a bad way but it made me look at the same photos and ask myself what happened. I the past year I have watched with my ice cream in hand him lose over 60 lbs and did nothing about it. Well that is all changing. I am going to lose 100lbs this year and nothing is going to stop me. I am looking forward to this site to help me with support and knowlegde to get me through! So excited for the changes!:)

You might want to check out the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more. You might also want to explore all of our forums by plan or age range. There are a lot of little nooks and crannies to 3FC, so find the spots that feel good and get to posting.
