Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi .. My name is Amy .. I'm a SAHM of 3, married and on a mission to make 2011 the year I got healthy.

I dont bite and I would love to meet new people to talk to on here so I can have a few more people in my life who know what Im going through .. working out and watching what you eat is a very hard thing to keep up with .

Hi Amanda .. I have 1 girl my oldest ( 4 yrs ) and my 2 sons ( 2yrs ) and ( 7months ) .. they are a handful and they keep me very busy .. I love them so much but trust me i have days when I just wanna scream !!!
I love girls kind of wish I had another but oh my they can be full of drama at such a young age .. I can only imagine the teen years .. It was nice to meet you !!!!

It was nice of you all to introduce yourselves to me .. thank you for taking the time .. I hope at some point we all get to chat about a hot topic or two .. :)

You took that great big first step when you posted here --- starting on a journey to a healthier you. You know, you'd almost think that having 3 kids would be all you need to skinny .... and maybe a little frazzled, too!

Just think about all the extra energy you are going to have for those kids, though --- it really will be worth it.
