Hello

I was directed to this website by one of your members. My name is Ashley and I recently reached my goal of losing 20 pounds to get to my lowest weight yet. I am right where I want to be, just trying to tone up a little more so I thought this site could help me with working to maintain my weight because in the past I have lost weight, but put it right back on and I am determined to not let that happen this time !
