Hello,
I used to follow this forum several years ago until I developed too many issues to worry about losing weight.

A year ago, (after 9 years of looking for answers), I found a doctor who listened. I have been diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance, Insulin Resistant and Adrenal Fatigue. I immediately changed my diet and lost probably 20 pounds. Now, I have found ways to satisfy my carb cravings with gluten-free products. They problem, these are much higher in calories. I have started to gain those 20 pounds back.

I am going to see a college friend of mine in May and in June I will be turning 40. I'd like to start concentrating on myself again.

Just taking a look here to get my "plan".
