Hi Everyone,

I am restarting my journey as of today. I'm hoping I can find motivation and support on this site. One of my challenges is that I am an American living in South Korea. Traditional Korean food is very healthy and very fresh but many things are not appealing to my taste buds.:(

Grocery shopping is difficult but I have recently found several stores online that will ship to Korea and thankfully I live within an hour from a costco that has a large selection of groceries from America.

Oh and the worst part is that I have a McDonalds, a Pizza Hut, 3 bakeries, 3 fried chicken places, Baskin Robbins, Coldstone, and Krispy Kreme, all within a two block radius from my apartment!:fr: And lately I've been really homesick and overeating.
