New Here..Looking for support!

Hi, Im new here and I just thought I would drop in and introduce myself. Im Lisa. Since May I lost 30 pounds but here recently put on 10 and myself and my husband(has lost 20) has decided to continue to eat better for ourselves and our daughters and to keep from continuing to put the weight back on. Just looking for support. Nice to meet you all.
