Calling all NIGHT OWLS!

I used to be a member of 3fc in the late 1990's -around 2003 and finally found my way back. Used to be a member of the NIGHT OWLS and am wondering if any of you are still around? I am now 52 yrs old, divorced for 7 years and love my job. Lost my father last year and my mother has now been moved up to New York to be with my older, and now retired brother and his family. I miss it here. I need the support since I am now at the heaviest of my life at 235 lbs. I DON'T LIKE IT AND IT DOESNT FEEL GOOD! So, hopefully...I will conjure up some of my old friends and make some new ones. Looking forward to being a part of this again! Oh yes! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! :wave:

I wasn't around back then but I am a Night Owl. I work the graveyard shift three or four nights a week.

Even if you don't find any of your old Night Owl buddies I'm sure you'll find the support you need here. I know 3FC has been essential for my weight loss success.
