Newbie - Starting Jan 2
Hi everyone!
I'm new here. Knew about the forums for a while just never joined. I've decided to start doing the WW Points starting January 2. I had success with it before and really want to slim down by 103 lbs. I've been updating a points tracker (basically an Excel spreadsheet) to keep track of my food and exercise so I can start using it in the new year. I work an office day job so I'm sitting all day. And then I'm on my computer all evening so I get no exercise. That will have to change too. Looking forward to the support and shedding those pounds! CC |

A lot of damage can be done in the upcoming 30 days. Especially if you use the old excuse I've used a 1000 times or more in the past. I'm pretty much the winner of the "last chance to eat this before my diet" award. I hope you don't fall into that trap. I've gained a lot of weight in the past waiting to start my healthy diet. ;) Anyway, enough preaching to the choir. I hope you have a great holiday season, and we'll see ya back here in a month or so. Hopefully. |

LOL. Definitely 2011. You're right though, I've fallen into the trap too. Actually just yesterday I was thinking about what I could make for dinner this weekend that I love to eat but won't be eating in the new year.
I'll definitely be back here in a month. I have a lot of weight to lose and though I've told the boyfriend in the past that I'm going to get fit I never start. This time around I want to do it. I'm hoping if he sees me doing it it will encourage him to get into shape too. CC Quote:

I'm back! Tomorrow is January second and I'm starting my points! Looking forward to shedding those pounds. Though now I have a craving for all the stuff I shouldn't eat. :) CC |
I'll be starting on the 2nd as well! Not with WW but with WP (willpower) hahahaha.. here's to success for both of us (and everyone else out there!) :cp:
