Default Greetings from a snowy Scotland
Hello everyone,

I'm Tabby. I found this site through a link on another wonderful weightloss support forum.

I've recently lost over 50lb and am keen to maintain for a while before losing another three stone. I am now a UK 16 and very happy to be there for a while. Maintaining has always eluded me and I was pleased to find the link that lead me here.

Originally posted under "Some Answers About Genes, Environment, Obesity and Maintenance" by Meg in January 2006 (gosh, nearly 6 years ago now), I got a lot of comfort from the original article, particularly the comments from other posters.

I will need all the help I can get to successfully maintain my weightloss in the long term but I actually feel optomistic that this time, I just might succeed.

Welcome Tabby! Congrats on all that weight loss! I think you will find your support here and motivation to maintain, maintain, maintain!

What sort of plan are you on? Calorie count, etc?
