Extraness!

Hi everyone! I'm Kara, and I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this forum!

I've about 70 pounds that I want to loose. Most of my extraness right now was brought on my quitting smoking :carrot: and having to take steriods for some time due to health issues.

All of that dealt with, I'm now stuck with all this extraness! lol

Starting tomorrow with WATER, writing down what I'm eating and drinking, and support! Woohooo, excited!

Can't wait to "meet' all of you and have fun!

Really glad to 'meet' you, and congratulations on quitting smoking! (I'm right there with you with that one.) As tough as quitting smoking can be, at least you are just DONE with it at some point--but you're never done choosing the food you'll eat.
