Trying to get fit

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and would like to get to know some people. I'm trying to get more exercise in my life. I'm having lots of back pain, for years actually, but walking helps. I'm currently at home full time due to a chronic illness, epilepsy. I'm hoping to make use of all this time getting fit!
