3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hey everyone. My name is Bridgette and I am way too young to hate myself. I'm 19. My self esteem is at an all time low right now seeing as I'm the biggest I've ever been. I'm about 185-190lbs.. and only 5'3" and unlike some others who are lucky, it's not all in my boobs and butt.. it's in my stomach. Anyways, the only time I've been at a healthy weight in my lifetime is in the in between stages between far too thin and far too big. I've strugled with eating disorders since the age of 11 and have never had a good relationship with food and never a love for my body. I really just want to be healthy and beautiful and strong and I want to feel beautiful for the first time. I hope to get to know everyone and make some new friendships too. Hugs!
