Hey everyone! Just signed up today and ready for the miracle to happen! Haha! J/J! I've never been serious about weight loss because I've never been really upset about the way I look. Sure, I may get upset and depressed when I try on bathing suits but not enough to do anything about it. Well, now my SHIRTS are getting too tight. It's always been the pants that don't fit (that should have been enough). When I sit down my belly pooches out almost as far as my boobs now!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I'll be 40 next year and I want to be at my target weight way before that. I hope I can stick to it :( I'll need lots of support :^:

Welcome and good luck! There's a sub-forum for 40-somethings, so be sure and check that out! It's great having places to talk to people in similar age groups and sucks. :)
