so, last night i realized something while i was bingeing on cookies at 2am, i need support!
everytime i try to lose wieght i do it alone, and so far that's not working so well.
i am at my heaviest wieght 275!
i think one of my biggest problems is Pcos. my hormones are all out of wack.
it doesn't help that for 3 years we have been trying to have a 2nd baby.
i know when i got pregnant with my son it was truly a miracle. (almost lost him early on due to low progestrone) i was around 250 with him, i actually lost 25lbs and by the end i had gained 20 back. But i wound up on bedrest with high blood pressure! i don't want to go through that part again. so i want to lose weight so i can have a healthy pregnancy one day i hope.
oh i have also had my gall bladder removed so that affects what i can and can't eat sometimes (cant handle high acid foods or greasy foods)
so i know this is a lot of info but i need to get it out there.
i will say this, i know a ton about diets, what works and what doesn't.
i know i need a life change not a diet, but It's so hard for me especially when we don't have a big food budget.
i do have a hard time finding ways to excercize especially with a 3 year old in tow.
i do need an acountability buddy so maybe i can stay on top.
so anyway, i can't wait to learn more and get started losing the pounds.
