Hi Everyone!
 

Hi! My name is Lauren. I'm 25 and I'm originally from a small town in Northern California. I currently live in Reno, Nevada. I'm married to a wonderful man who've I have known most of my life. We met when we were 15. I am owned by 3 cats, a chinchilla and a dog. Our dog currently lives with my in-laws because they have a yard.

I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. My parents were obese and did not teach me any healthy food habits. I am currently 5'3" and 230lbs. Right now I am at the heaviest I've ever been. In high school I always weighed between 130-140 and slowly as the years have gone by my weight has gone up. I would start workout plans and food plans and then I'd stop. I have a problem with depression and I am totally addicted to Dr. Pepper and I have been trying to quit the soda for a very long time.

Recently, I have decided to turn my life around. I've been working out every day and trying to eat healthy, I've also cut back on the soda. I really want to lose the weight and try to get healthy.
