Hey! Somewhat new here..
I've signed up before and never did anything, but decided to sign up again. I need some support to get started at least! Right now i would be glad to lose the weight i've put on since i've been married, 45 pounds in two years!
I've been puttering around, not really paying attention to my weight. I keep having to to buy slightly bigger clothes than last time... I look in my closet a few weeks ago and realize i have no winter clothes that fit correctly anymore.:no: It's time for me to change. I've been keeping track of my calories since Nov.1st and realize the bulk of my calories come at night. When i start, i just don't stop! I also binge eat and drink... I just have to stay clear headed and stick with my eating plan! I was once a fairly athletic person even though i've always struggled with body issues. Hopefully being on this forum will help me!!
