Trying again

Hello Everyone,
I am 44 years old, and over the past three years, have managed to gain about 30lbs. I can't blame it on being over 40 - it's simply been poor choices. I really want to get back to a healthy weight, and this site looks like it's got great support! ;)

Hi - welcome. I joined last month and am finding 3FC very helpful. I know what you mean about the poor choices. But I have found that I can't lose it as fast when I make the good choices as I did in my 20s and 30s. But the alternative is to not lose it at all which is not an option. Good luck to you!
