I just signed up a day or 2 ago. and only now figured this out ...... just wanted to stop in and say HI!!!!
I just wanted to let you all know that I think this is a great support system we have for each other,I am looking for to using it as I continue on my journey to 130lbs......
The first step was Nov. 1st 293.6...
today Nov 7th 282.4
So as you can see I have many many miles to travel and I hope to meet a few of you great birds along the way.....
