I am SOOOO excited to find this site! :carrot: It looks very supportive and just what I need! I'm a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and had put all of my weight back on except for 7 pounds and decided to stop trying to lose weight for the wrong reasons... everyone else. Now, I've gone back with a brand new attitude and I'm doing it for me! Yes, I know it will benefit all of my loved ones in the long run, but I absolutely know if I don't do it for me, I won't stick with it!

You've already taken the weight off before, so you know how to do it! :carrot: But you are definitely right: you need to become healthy for YOU and no one else. There is a weight watcher's section on this site that you may find useful. I would also like to offer my personal support as well. If you ever want someone to talk to, feel free to PM me. I do have one question. I am having a hard time remembering where I've already posted to know how to go back and check what's been said after my posts. Is there an easy way to keep up with that?

Losing it 2010...

I used to live in Nashville, both in the the Bellevue area and also out in Mt Juliet.... OMGsh I miss that place!:(

I cried all the way home when we moved back to Central VA.
