Hello everyone,
I've been a lurker here for awhile without actually registering but I decided I wasn't ever going to get anything done that way so I joined today. My name is Shannon, I'm 23 years old and I've been overweight since I was 16 but I'm currently at my highest weight ever of 240 lbs. I was diagnosed at 19 with Hypothyroidism, I don't blame to disease for my weight I know I don't eat as well as I should. I've recently got back on my medication (I was off because I couldn't afford doctor appointments for a couple years) and I'm ready to get healthy!
