Hi I am 36 year old mommy of two.Lost and gained tons of weight through out adult life but I want this to be my last time.I am aming to get to my mini goal of 160 for my sis weeding in Feb and then reach my goal by July.Wish me luck.

What is your current weight? How tall are you?

As several people here would say (especially the awesome rockinrobin) "luck" really isn't a part of it at all. This is a good thing because it is totally under your control.

What is the company that uses the tagline "you can do it and we can help"? That seems to be what 3FCs is all about.

Keep posting. When you really want to make the change, more than anything else at all, you will do it.
