First day of a new start!
 

I'm new at this, but i wanted someplace where I could write down my progress. I have been deciding on whether I was going to fully going to apply my self to this transition and today I feel that I am fully prepared for this up hill battle. I had a baby in April and my weight was 317 that is the heaviest I've ever been in my life. granted I was pregnant, I was out of control and eat everything my normal weight was 190. I'm paying the price now cause i can't seem to get the Weight off.

I think this is like the third or fourth time I have introduced myself here... I have been a member here for years and well I think my excuses have excuses so I can't let that happen anymore...Everything in my life is changing for the better its about time my weight did too.. I am starting Food lovers fat loss system and with that I am trying to eat more organic less chemical...The first task is to give up coffee.. not because it by itself is bad but the lovely flavorful creamers I use... not so good..So after the three day headache cranky fest I'm gonna be unstopable.

@ losing it 2010. I noticed Defying Gravity under you name which is cute. it is also my ring tone...lol went to see Wicked not to long ago and the song really stuck for so many reasons...
