Finally geting real with myself

Hi my name is Jennifer and I am too fat. There I said it. It's been a life long battle with what I call reverse body dysmorphic disorder. I think I look good all the time. But I am 255lbs and 5'5". I have just joined karate with my husband and got my sensei to get me in touch with a nutritionist. I look forward to coming here for support.
