Hello from a newbie

I am Sarah aged 25 years and currently at the very edge of the healthy weight range for my body. I am a binge eater and after getting down to 123 lbs in March I am now back up to 135. I am raelly struggling and can't seem to get motivated so I thought I would try to come to a place full of people like me. My friend Ashley told me she was joining this site so I decided to give it a try.
