ALRIGHT, so, finally starting to commit to changing my lifestyle around, and losing all of this excess weight I've been toting around all of my life.
My highest weight was actually 222lbs, but about two-three years ago I went and tried to do a ~~starvation diet~~. I did lose weight, but it was **miserable**, and then of course, as soon as I stopped with it, all of that weight just came creeping back. So this time I'm going to do it right. I'm eating better, smaller portions, but more often, drinking water like CRAZY, exercising *as soon as I wake up*, and then I'm cutting out an hour of leisure time that I usually just waste, and am turning it into an hour of walking/jogging. It seems to be doing me some good. I made up my mind to get fit 5 days ago, and already I'm noticing a difference. My jeans which, just a week ago, were starting to feel snug, went on no problem today. My skin cleared up, I feel awake during the day, and it's just so gjsdgfjjs ahhhhh amazing! I'm so super excited about what my future now holds, and I'm really glad that I've found a place to share my experience with. SO, HELLO, EVERYONE, IT'S GREAT TO MEET YOU ALL ♡ |

Yeah, starvation diets aren't good. For my new eating habits (not really a diet anymore, since it's permanent) I had to pick something that would last forever. Otherwise the weight comes back. Good luck with everything! You'll find an amazing support system on this site - I'm new, but I'm already stunned by it! |
