New & Ready to change :)

Hello! My name is Amy and I'm new here. I've been looking through this site and think that this place rocks!

I've gained about 60lbs in the last two years, and am looking for some support and help to stay motivated. I need to lose weight because I have PCOS & my doctor told me that I am pre-diabetic. This was SHOCKING to hear. I have to do something about this weight, and I am ready to start :D
