I need help!!!!
 

I'm a 50 year old unemployed dude! I started smoking again after giving it up for almost 6 years. I binge and binge on sweets. I have no control over ice cream, chocolate, donuts and things like that. No matter how much I try nothing changes.

I am only about 25 pound overweight. I am disgusted with myself.

I have given up trying to change and now I am worse off for it.

I did go to two over eater's anonymous groups but I have yet to call someone from the group. As a result I am going downhill still.

I NEED HELP!!!

Hi. I hope you can take some time to read some of the stories on this site because they'll show you that you really can take control of your food choices. Maybe you need to tap into the right motivation or get a sense of what your triggers are? I get a lot of inspiration from this place - I hope you do too.

Get all the junk and get it out of your house! You can do this!!! Do not let the food control you.
