I just discovered this forum yesterday and spent the better part of my night looking at stories and pics that were shared here by you lot. So, for starter, I'd like to say: well done, all of you!! Your before and after pics are just inspiring!

So here's my introduction:
My name is Thais, I'm a 25 year old Brazilian who has been obese her entire life. I decided to change very recently. In past year, I have lost 35 pounds and I think I might share a few photos on the Mini-Goal section.

Now, if you all let me, I'm going to come here to seek support from all you brave and beautiful people!!
