Hi! I'm a newbie to 3FC, but not to weight loss. I've lost the same 100 pounds 3 times and every time, I've gained it back and more. Yesterday, I commited to losing that same 100 pounds plus the extra FOR GOOD!
My blinding flash of light? Two cousins that I haven't seen in 20 years are visiting this weekend and I was trying to come up with excuses for not seeing them so they couldn't see how I look now! Never again. They'll see me at my worst now, so that the next time they see me they'll be amazed at my progress!
My ultimate goal is 200 pounds lost, but that goal is so daunting as a whole that I'm breaking it up into more manageable portions. (Portion Control!!!!
