I just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm Angela, mother of 3, and I am here for support. I decided that I needed to do something about my weight not only for myself but for my kids as well. My oldest son has been over weight for a long time and has recently lost 40lbs while attending boarding school. He is home now and I want to continue being a positive role model and help him continue to achieve his weight loss goals as well as my own.

I am a mother of 3 as well, and I have had great success with transforming/Converting my teenagers into a healthy way of eating (most of the time)

Welcome. I just joined a couple of days ago so I am still trying to figure out the details of posting etc. but I wanted to say hi and good for you. This weight loss thing is hard isn't it? My husband just came in and is bugging me to go to the healthclub so I must go. I applaud you!
