    I've just literally stumbled across the website because I was researching a diet pill which I've received in the post today.

    I'm a mum of two boys, ages 5 and 3. I've always been a really happy size 12/14 and since I've had the boys I've put lots of weight on, mainly because of post natal depression.

    I'm now a depressing size 16 and can't fit into any clothes, I don't feel sexy in front of my husband and it's affecting my way of life.

    Yes, a 16 isn't that big but it is for me.

    I've tried diets, but for some reason it doesn't help! We eat really healthy anyway, i don't eat between meals and whilst I'm not putting weight on, I'm not losing it either.

    I run a business so I don't have any time to go to the gym, so I'm desperate.

    Typical day:

    Breakfast - Porridge wth semi skimmed milk or a slice of toast (usually white)

    Lunch - Ham sandwich, or soup - sometimes I make my own veg soup

    Tea - Pasta with jar sauce, or grilled chicken and chips - we've got an actifry so quite often foot (chips too) are made in there.

    I hardly ever ever eat between meals.

    One of my downfalls is that I don't drink enough, hardly anything in fact.

    I'll have a glass of water when i first wake up, but I've known to go all day without anything - apart from coffee at breakfast..so that's one think I know I need to change.
