Help!!

Hello everyone, my name is kaci and I am currently 5'5 and weigh about 185, i am engaged to get married sept of 2011 and am dying to get back into my prebaby body for my wedding day! I am currently using ALLI ( just started today) and am on a low cal low fat and high fiber diet (trying to stick with it!) any helpful tips anyone can give me will be really appreciated! I read everyones post and get a little motivated but then when i read what they did im not able to do alot of it because of home issues such as being a stay t home mom without a car (fiance uses it for work and works on call 24/7 so isnt home much) I really dont have anywhere to walk since i live off of a busy highway and worry too much about taking my 2 year old daughter in a stroller (paranoid yes!) but i am determined to find a way to lose this weight!!!! :?:

Welcome MsCollins and congratulations on your upcoming wedding. You have plenty of time to lose the weight.

One thing you have on your side is that losing weight is 80 or 90 percent diet and the rest is exercise, so you can lose even without exercise (I lost my first 30 just by counting ww points). You should figure out how many calories you should be having each day and measure, count and write down EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth. EVERYTHING!

If you do want to workout, I reccommend the 30 day shred. It is a VERY intense workout, but only 25 minutes a day. Maybe you could pop it in the dvd player while your daughter naps?

The third piece of advice is to come here everyday. Even for a couple minutes. Read motivational stories, post questions, get tips. I can't tell you how much this board has helped me stay on track.

Welcome Kaci to 3FC, we are glad you are here and hope you stick around. There is a lot of support around these parts!
