Hello everyone!
 
I wanted to introduce myself. I am a 35 year old woman living in Texas. I have struggled with my weight since I was in my teens. Three years ago I lost quite a bit of weight and then fell off the wagon. I have probably gained back 10 pounds from the 50-60 I originally lost.

My addiction is food namely anything sweet or remotely chocolate. I have come to realize again that the moments of sweetness I feel when eating all the desserts I can, never measures up to the shame I feel after.

So wish me luck. Here I go!
