Just started Optifast 70, new to forums
 

Hello all,

My name is Ryan and I just started the optifast program through my local Kaiser. I started the fast a week ago today and I have already lost 13 pounds. I still have a very long road in front of me, but I'm very excited to be on it.

I'm very glad that one of my optifast class mates turned me on to these forums because it seems like a great source for support and info.

So, glad to be here and hope to share my success with all of you.

I don't know what Optifast is... would you care to share? I have found these forums a great support. It is so great to find people going through what we are going through and willing to talk about it.
