Beginning My Journey
 

Hello all! I'm excited to be here. :)

Lots of great information, suggestions and opinions from what I've read, so far. I've tried every diet imaginable, some with success, most without, and I'm ready to make this a main focus of my life and not just a small part. Ready to start LIVING instead of just existing.

I am from NC. I have a son who is 11 and daughter who is 9. I want to be a positive example to them and to feel like being active these last few years I have them at home.

Thanks for being here!!! I look forward to being one of the newest "sponges" and soaking it all in.

I am new myself and I feel your enthusiasm. This is certainly a first step for those who want to lose weight. See you around!
