Hey,

I just joined and happy I have found others dealing with the same problems as me. Well here's a little about myself. In August of this year the love of my life decided he couldn't keep on living here with me cause being here wasn't helping the problems that he was dealing with and so he moved out. I have no need to move on cause I know him well and know he wants to come back home but right now is not the time, he needs his space and I'm doing my best to give it to him. When I met him I was 160LBS the smallest I've been and now 8yrs later the last time I weighted in I was 300LBS. I hate the size I am and dying to get back down to 160LBS. Since he left I've struggled with food and some days I just don't want to eat but I know if I don't I will only put on more weight. my life has been one big mess the last three months and now I'm just doing what I can to get control on everything, My goal is to keep the promise I made to the person I love and to lose this weight. I hope in a year from now to be down 100LBS and I know I can do this. Thank You for reading a little bit about myself and hello to everyone.
