So tired...I'm ready!

Hello there,

I am so tired of being tired and hiding behind my weight. Today is the start of a new, positive life. :carrot:

I'm starting out at 233 and I hope to lose about 80 lbs over a year.

Exercise has always been my downfall as I am a couch potato BUT NO MORE.

I like these forums :)
