New... hoping this will help
I just joined. I've been trying to diet but recently noticed myself slipping up (and by slipping up I mean I ate SO much last night).
I can feel myself ready to give up so I joined for some encouragement.
I was at 192, now at 185 but it's taken me MONTHS for this small loss to happen. I'm hoping this helps me lose more weight. I'm just trying to eat smaller portions and workout. I was working out 6 days a week, now barely 3. HELP ME KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
