Default Hello...Been away for a while
Hi Everyone

Im a 37 year old American expat living in the south of Sweden with my husband and our 5 year old border terrier Jake.

Ive been a member on this forum for sometime and dont post much. Last spring I lost around 30 pounds using the Beck Diet for life...Then summer came and I lost my focus but did matain the weight loss despite my love of ice cream and cake

We now I have to lose 25 more pounds and Ive hit a wall with losing weight. I go to the gym at least 2 days a week and do cardio and the other days I do the 30 day shred from jillian Michaels and walk at lest 2 miles or more 2-3 days a week...My dog LOVES it

I joined weight watchers this week and Im excited to get started. I hoping to lose the weight I need to by early next year. We have been trying for a baby for some years and found out over the summer that we quality for IVF treatment and plan is to start when I get my BMI to 30
