here i go again
 

i've been struggling with my weight all my life. my heaviest was 180 (I'm only 5'3"). got it under control in my late 20's, looked really good in my 30's (went thru a divorce and went anorexic), did ok in my 40's and now here in my 50's I'm 20 lbs. over. I'm going to try and loose 15 tho and settle there. I'm an empty nester and struggling with that. My kids are my life, but now they have their own. I work part-time. My husband has his own company so he has a drive. I feel I've lost my drive and passion.

I am starting to rebuild my life and my outlook.
