Greetings. I have a three-year-old girl, a one-year-old girl, a full-time job and a hubby who works nights and weekends. Why is that important? Because it means the Momma's overweight and her jeans don't fit! My afternoon snack consisted of eight baby carrot sticks and one medium apple. If I have to count out anymore food, I think I'm going to hurt someone.

I can't work out like I once did, and dieting, to me, is silly. I'd rather eat healthy most of the time and exercise, but that is not working for me anymore. I just need support and ideas and I'm glad I found y'all.
