Noob here!
Hey, I'm 23 years old and my CW is 218. I started losing weight last March at 253, but I stopped during the summer because I am a weakling.:frypan: I did manage to maintain though, so part of me sees it as a rehearsal of sorts for the future.:p I'm back at college now, so I decide what to eat and when and I'm hoping that I'll keep losing weight, like I did before summer. I want to reach 130 pounds, but I don't really care about pounds as much as I do about the way my body will look, so I might reconsider. Oh, I'm also greek, so excuse my english!:p
ETA: I forgot to ask a question: I've been trying to find how to add a ticker in my signature, but I can't. Can someone please tell me where they are located on the site? Thanks! |

you cant add a signature until a certain amount of time as a member and a certain # of posts. if you log out/back in, then go to user cp area it will display a red msg saying something about it. |
