Yo-yo dieter attempting descent - and newbie to forum
 

Hi all,

I'm new, just stumbled across this site today via the Picky Eating Adults website. Picky eating :p is one of the reasons my weight has been a problem for many years.

Yo-yo dieting has been another, as is a disinclination towards exercise (though once I get going it's easier to continue). :bike2:

Hypothyroidism, PCOS with insulin resistance, a hysterectomy 2 years ago and a hernia surgery in June of this year, leaving me tired and with the midlife changes we ladies go through, have also done their dirty work. :(

But I'm starting in again. And I see listed some groups that I am eager to join.

I had some success with Martha Beck's 4-Day Win book in 2007, and I'm going to be positive and start making little changes that will lead to better lifestyle and, the Good Lord willing, WEIGHT LOSS.:goodscale

I'm back - hope it's okay to bump my own intro thread - I've been away from this forum so long I forgot I had been on it! :D Took me awhile even to track down my username.

My weight is down somewhat from what it was 15-25 lbs. down - I'll have to go and see how to change that in my profile.

Anyway, it's nice to be back! :)
